Yacht Starship is Hiring an Experienced Director of Marine Operations! The Director of Marine Operations (DMO) is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Marine Department for all Yacht StarShip Brands to include Yacht Starship/Craft (5), Pirate Water Taxi (7), Bay Rocket Jet Boat Thrill Ride, Lost Pearl Pirate Adventure Cruise and Tampa Riverwalk Rentals. The Yacht StarShip fleet consists of 14 vessels and growing, along with docks, barges and a tug. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to repairs, preventive maintenance, safety (crew & passengers), regulatory compliance, security, planning, budgeting, dry-docks, capital projects and planning and execution of logistics pertaining to vessel charters, customer service and relocations.
