Obituary: Judge Goebel Long Jr.

Judge Goebel Long Jr., 87, of Paducah, Ky., died February 28 at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah. Long was a riverboat captain for 58 years for multiple companies and a veteran of the Navy during the Korean War.
