IRR Commodities Report And Barge Fleet Profile Now Available

The Waterways Journal is pleased to announce that the 2024 IRR Commodities Report and IRR Barge Fleet Profile are both available for order by phone and online. Both products build off the brand of WJ’s annual Inland River Record (IRR), an index of inland towing vessels at work in the United States. The IRR Commodities Report summarizes movements of commodities on the inland waterways of the United States, breaking down products by barge type. The report also assesses the forces of supply and demand on barge rates. The IRR Barge Fleet Profile further analyzes the fleet of barges operating on the Mississippi River and Tributaries and the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway. The reports were prepared and compiled by Polaris Analytics & Consulting.
