Pushing Hope Raises $210,000

Every summer, the Pushing Hope Marine Industry Charity Golf Tournament brings together leaders from across the waterways—not just for a day on the green, but for a cause that hits home for so many. Hosted by Ceres Barge Line and powered by the generosity of their marine industry partners, the 2025 tournament was more than just a game. It was a statement of hope.

This year’s event raised $210,000 for Gateway for Cancer Research, an organization that is focused on bridging the gap between lab discoveries and real patient outcomes, accelerating new treatments and bringing hope, options and breakthroughs to those who need them most.

For everyone who teed up, sponsored a hole or just cheered from the sidelines, the tournament was a reminder that the marine community is at its best when it rallies together. Every dollar raised is a step closer to breakthroughs that could change lives, and every swing was a small but powerful act of hope.

Next year’s tournament is scheduled for August 21, 2026.
