Pine Bluff Sand & Gravel Company has announced that Parker McClellan, the company’s marine operations manager, has been elected

senior vice president of the board of directors for the Dredging Contractors of America.

The election took place during DCA’s annual board of directors and membership meeting in San Diego April 28, where leaders from across the industry gathered to discuss the future of dredging, maritime policy and national security.

McClellan’s appointment reflects his leadership, industry knowledge and commitment to advancing the dredging and marine construction sectors, the company said in a LinkedIn posting.
