Obituary Notice: Verle B. “Sparky” Siguaw

Verle B. “Sparky” Siguaw, 96, passed away on September 20, 2019.  He worked on the Illinois waterway as an electrician for over 65 years for Material Service Corporation and Sparky’s Marine Service.
