Rose Point Navigation Systems To Release Rose Point ECS 4

Rose Point Navigation Systems, a provider of navigation solutions for professional mariners and recreational boaters, recently announced that it is set to release its latest software, Rose Point ECS 4.

“Rose Point ECS 4 updates our commercial electronic navigation software and also assists companies working to comply with sections of Subchapter M, such as 104.635-Navigation Assessment and 140.640-Pilothouse Resource Management,” said Joe Sluka, commercial marine sales for Rose Point.

According to Sluka, the new version of Rose Point ECS 4, in addition to Rose Point ECS Services, will help fleets keep their vessels in compliance on navigational publications. “It’ll also keep their electronic charts updated in a more automated fashion,” Sluka added.

The new interface has a workflow that closely matches the language of Subchapter M.
