Rose Point Navigation Systems is shipping the latest release of its popular electronic charting system (ECS) product.  Rose Point ECS 4 brings to the commercial customer new voyage planning tools to streamline Subchapter M navigation assessment workflow, automatically creating river routes showing locks and bridges, as well as updating AIS voyage information including encoded destinations and tow size.
