Paducah Propeller Club Elects Four New Board Members

The Paducah Propeller Club elected four new board members by secret ballot at its August 17 meeting, the first in-person meeting held since February 2020 because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Members elected Greg Rousseau, project manager for Triangle, to a term expiring in June 2022.

Brett Baugher, general manager, crew dispatch for Ingram Barge Company; Lori Wasbutsky, senior risk analyst and leave supervisor for American Commercial Barge Line (ACBL); and Ronald Schneider, senior manager of mainline vessel engineering for ACBL, were each elected to terms expiring in June 2024.

Existing officers whose terms are continuing are chairman Andrew Gates, Hines Furlong Line assistant port captain; president Caleb King, senior operations manager for the Towing Vessel Inspection Bureau; treasurer Gail O’Connell, office manager for Tennessee Valley Towing; secretary Rebecca Burton, retired; and news editor Mason DeJarnett of Fabick CAT.

Board members Madonna Cox, retired, and Mitzi Mason of Paducah Rigging, will continue their terms until June 2022. Board members Bob Day, retired; Pat Smithson, owner of Four Rivers Marine Signage; and Jo Brown, mortgage loan officer and vice president of Regions Bank, will continue their terms through June 2023.
