SP Vessel Services Signs Agreement With TowWorks

SP Vessel Services has signed an agreement with TowWorks to support its Compliance and Incident Management Modules.

Under the leadership of CEO Patrick Smith, SP Vessel Services is a team of maritime compliance professionals who offer support for regulatory and customer compliance needs. The company promises a competitive advantage to its customers by integrating its compliance software into maritime operations.

SP Vessel Services said it will work directly with customers to customize their safety management systems to the TowWorks platform. SP Vessel Services will be a “force multiplier,” enabling TowWorks users to streamline implementation by providing customized reports for data collection and analysis to improve operations and safety. Furthermore, SP Vessel Services will provide additional “front line” system support to complement TowWorks’ support staff.

TowWorks is a SaaS (software as a service) company focused on the towing industry. In addition to compliance and incident management, it offers software modules focused on operations, voyage planning, maintenance and human capital management.
