On The Move: Kory Beier, James Jenniskens, Brad Guilmino
Beier Integrated Systems, Slidell, La., has announced several changes to its executive leadership team, including the appointment of a new president and CEO and a new chief operating officer.
Karl Beier will transition from president and CEO to chairman of the board. In that role, he will continue to provide strategic guidance and support to the company.
Kory Beier has been appointed president and CEO, succeeding Karl Beier. He will oversee the company’s strategic direction, day-to-day leadership and continued growth.

Kory Beier brings nearly 20 years of business and construction management experience to the position. He has owned and led Beier Construction, where he has managed renovation, remodeling and construction projects involving high-end custom homes, multifamily residential developments and commercial properties.
He is a 2004 graduate of Louisiana State University, with a degree in construction management. In addition to his work with Beier Construction, he has served on Beier Integrated Systems’ board of directors for the past eight years, giving him experience with the company’s operations, customers and long-term business strategy.
James Jenniskens has been appointed vice president and chief operating officer. As COO, Jenniskens will oversee the company’s daily operations while leading strategic initiatives focused on efficiency, growth and profitability.
Jenniskens joined Beier Integrated Systems in December 2017 as a senior program manager. He was promoted to director of projects in November 2025.
Before joining Beier, Jenniskens held several leadership positions with Bollinger Shipyards. He also is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, having served from 2001 to 2013.

During his time with Beier Integrated Systems, Jenniskens has been involved in project management and operational leadership across the company’s business.
Karl Beier, Kory Beier and Jenniskens will work together during the transition to maintain continuity for the company’s customers and employees.
Beier Integrated Systems provides marine electronics, vessel control, automation and related integrated systems for the commercial marine industry. The company’s operations include engineering, manufacturing, installation and service work supporting vessel owners and operators.
The Port of New Orleans has named Brad Guilmino vice president of finance and innovative delivery.
A Louisiana native with 25 years of experience in finance and infrastructure, Guilmino will provide senior leadership for major capital project development and support the port’s financial management functions. His primary focus will include delivery of the Louisiana International Terminal.

“Brad’s financial-market expertise and deep experience developing complex infrastructure projects bring an important perspective to Port NOLA at a pivotal time,” said Beth Branch, Port NOLA president and CEO. “His ability to evaluate projects from feasibility through operations will strengthen our work to advance LIT, deliver strategic investments and create lasting value for our customers, partners and communities.”
Guilmino’s career includes banking, consulting and municipal financial advisory work. He has advised public agencies and private-sector partners on seaport, rail, transit, road, bridge and commercial development projects.
His experience includes early-stage planning, feasibility analysis, financial modeling, debt structuring and execution, alternative project delivery and public-private partnerships.
Guilmino most recently served as co-head of transportation and a director at PFM Financial Advisors. He previously held leadership and advisory roles with HNTB Corporation and Citigroup Global Markets, where he developed expertise in infrastructure finance and capital program development.
“Brad combines rigorous financial analysis with a practical understanding of how major infrastructure projects move from concept to completion,” said Adam Laurie, Port NOLA chief financial officer. “His collaborative approach and capital-markets experience will add tremendous depth to our finance team and position the port for long-term growth.”

Guilmino has executed more than $20 billion in financings as lead underwriter or as a municipal adviser. He also has extensive experience in transportation project finance, credit analysis, debt portfolio management and federal financing programs.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Louisiana State University.
