CORBA To Hold Marine Highway Panel Meeting

The Central Ohio River Business Association (CORBA) will host its first meeting of the new year on January 16. The meeting, which will focus on marine highway, truck and rail, will be held at B&B Riverboats at 2 p.m. in Newport, Ky.

Panelists for the meeting include Chad Dorsey, director of inland waterways for the Maritime Administration; Lacy Starling, president of Legion Logistics; Chris Chisenhall, terminal manager of KYFI Inc.; Dwayne Priest, general manager of Marian Shipping Ltd.; and Tom Balzer, president and CEO of Ohio Trucking Association.

CORBA is a trade association representing businesses conducting commerce primarily along the Ohio River in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. Its membership consists of barge and towing companies, terminal operators, barge fleeting companies, restaurant and entertainment, local port authorities and municipalities, utilities and other related maritime companies.
