High Illumination From Compact Housing

Working on a ship, barge, platform or marine terminal is hazardous enough without contending with poor lighting. Hella Marine’s new RokLUME 280 and 380 LED floodlights are designed to provide enormous illumination in a compact housing. Developed for heavy-duty applications in extreme environments, they’re ideal where space is tight or accessibility limited, Hella says

The floodlights are available in three beam styles: close range, long range and pencil beam. Their aluminum housings are vibration-resistant and NanoSafe coated for easy cleaning. They’re rated IP 6K8 immersible, and IP 6K9K dust-proof and sealed against high-pressure washing. High-impact hardcoated PC lenses are rugged and long-lasting, and don’t distort the daylight-like 5,000-degree-Kelvin color temperature.

Both RokLUME LED floodlights offer over-voltage protection and come with double-insulated silicone supply cables. A heavy-duty surrounding bracket makes installation and aiming easy.

The RokLUME 380 puts out 7,500 lumens through its 12 high-performance LEDs. Using 84 watts, it measures 7 inches wide by 5.8 inches high by 4 inches deep.

The RokLUME 280 has eight high-performance LEDs that throw 4,300 lumens, yet use only 55 watts. It’s 5.6 inches wide by 5.7 inches high by 3.3 inches deep.
